1. Question: Why should I use this site, why shouldn't I go straight to eBay myself?

Answer: A good reason to let us help you in your search for cheap tickets is that we are very familiar with the way eBay is setup. In order to provide quick and accurate results, we use a custom "engine" to drive searches from ebay onto this site. This tool is called an "applications programming interface" or API, which accurately and quickly interfaces with eBay to show currently running auctions in the category you requested.

If you were to attempt to search eBay directly, we found from experience that it could take you much longer. For example, you would have to type in your search keywords. That of course is not a problem, yet through experience, we have learned it is human nature that many searches are formated or spelled incorrectly, and would give misleading or often incorrect results. If you use our advanced interface, it usually prevents that from happening, and will bring you accurate results in the shortest amount of time possible.

In addition, we have created a list of the most common searches in this category, giving you more power at the touche of your fingertips, and yielding better results. To start other searches, you may wish to use the side bar found on every page of this site. The sidebar contains the list of common ticket searches. Our happy visitors find that clicking is much faster than typing.

Since we know accurate results are of primary importance when attempting to make a major purchase like this, we feel that our site will make it faster and easier, and hope you will also agree.

2. Question: I am not currently registered with eBay. Can I still use this site?

Answer: Of course! Many of our visitors are not currently registered with eBay, and use our site and the eBay listings provided, just for research or comparison shopping in order to form buying decisions based on what is found. If you are just researching or comparing prices, etc., you do not need to register with eBay, yet you are most welcome to use this site as a research tool.

Alternatively, if you do see something you would like to purchase on eBay, you will need to be registered with eBay before you place your bid. Doing so is an easy, quick, and free process. Just click on the "register" button on the top right of the page you're on here, then on the top of the page at the eBay site. It will lead you through the process.

3. Question: Is there a charge to use your site? Is there a charge to use the eBay site?

Answer: No, there is no charge in either case. The only charges eBay assesses are to the sellers of the merchandise. Use of this site is always be free.

4. Question: Are you affiliated with the sellers of the items that are shown? Are you giving preferred placement to some sellers, in which case I could be missing out on the best deals?

Answer: No, we are not associated or affiliated with any of the sellers. Even if there were a small chance that some day we would be listing an item ourselves that matches your query, the API that we use would not distinguish our auctions from those of the other 25 million or so eBay sellers, so no preferred placement is ever given to specific sellers.
